My husband and I have been going to Dr May since she started the practice in Randolph. She and her entire team are wonderful. They are kind, understanding, friendly and super easy to do business with. Dr May is very gentle and detailed — all around d a great dentist!!

Dr May noticed something subtle on an X-ray that she didn’t like, then observed something on the roof of my mouth, and recommended a consultation with an endodontist. I hedged, and didnt make the appointment initially. She persisted and provides contact info for the endodontist (who was great). QIt turned out to be a pretty deep infection, that had been eating into bone and required a root canal. Her persistence and thoroughness likely saved that tooth. If you’re looking for a great practitioner, start here! Her staff is equally awesome, always going the extra mile to help out with things like navigating insurance 😊

After past experiences with Dentists who do not take time with their patients to understand, explain, or care beyond a check, it became difficult to want to go to the already infamous task of going to get dental work done. I searched for a different dentist and came upon this office. Originally I had needed a lot of work done on my teeth. Easy to become self conscious when it is something cosmetic. Easier when it became a health concern. additionally it’s easy to be overlooked when at a certain age. Everyone in the office from receptionists to doctors were friendly, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything, from simply placing on the paper bib to more complicated steps of implants. It is clear the staff care about their patients, encouraging (without pressuring) proper dental care and working with them financially. Always happy, accommodating and going above and beyond. Very happy with the work done, no issues and a better smile which some years I did not think I’d have. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dianat was incredibly patient, thorough, and detail-oriented every step of the way. My treatment included Invisalign, an implant, and veneers, and everything was carefully planned from the beginning. She took the time to explain each phase, walk me through all my options, and clearly outline the potential outcomes so I could make informed decisions with complete confidence. What I appreciated most was the transparency. There were absolutely no financial, clinical, or cosmetic surprises along the way. The only surprise was how amazing the final result turned out. It genuinely exceeded my expectations.
